The Indiana University Interprofessional Practice and Education Center (IU IPE) is excited to announce the “Essential Topics in Collaboration: Veteran Trauma and Transparency Series.” This series aims to increase awareness and knowledge of military culture and experiences for future service providers to improve the quality of care for veterans. Students who complete all four workshops will earn a certificate of completion from IU IPE.

Each academic year there will be four workshops, two in the fall semester and two in the spring. Each will focus on a specific theme. This is a development series where each new workshop builds off the previous offerings. It was designed for students to attend all four workshops to maximize the learning experience.

Disclaimer! This in-person program is designed for students in their third/fourth year of undergraduate studies or at the graduate level. The training will include content and exposure to personal stories that are sensitive in nature. Students that attend the series will earn a certificate of completion from IU IPE.
